Enable Windows 10 Cortana and Voice Search

First, click the search box which is next to the Start button of Windows 10 Task Bar. Then, click the Cortana icon. It looks like a circle just above the Windows 10 logo.

Finally, accept the agreement and Cortana will be ready to work. But you will still need to activate the Voice Search option.
